HARRISON Clark Rickerbys has added two new corporate lawyers to its team at Worcester.
Peter Raybould started his career as a researcher at the European Parliament in Brussels after studying law in Sheffield and Birmingham. He has worked for several years in the Midlands and South West and specialises in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and shareholders agreements.
While Peter Brookes joins the law firm from a global IT and financial services company, providing fraud, risk and compliance monitoring for many of the world’s leading financial banks and institutions. Previously, he briefly worked in London at Linklaters LLP providing support within the commercial team to the firm’s financial regulation group. Having studied in Birmingham for both his degrees, he trained in corporate and insolvency law at niche Birmingham law firms Stuart Hodge Corporate Lawyers LLP and Lewis Onions Solicitors.
