A COUNTY firm hit with a number of break ins has bounced back to open new premises.
CycleSwitch, previously UK Cycle Centre which has been running since 2014, suffered three break ins in a matter of weeks disrupting preparation for the opening of a new bigger showroom.
But at the end of November the new site at the Venture Business Park, in Venture Park, Weir Lane opened to customers.
The company is a specialist cycle retailer offering customers the ability to part exchange and purchase discounted and pre-owned cycle products in store and online.
Adam Broadhurst, from the firm said: "We took a risk in investing in a much larger showroom to showcase what we offer and so far we've had a difficult start to say the least.
"We now have all of our security in place and we're ready for customers.
"The showroom will be open seven days a week with knowledgeable staff that ride, in an accredited workshop.
"We welcome everyone to come and see what we do and have a chat with our staff."
During the opening week the firm held successful promotions and sold heavily discounted bicycles, as well as a raffle which gave away up to up to £1,000 of cycle kit.
