Update September 2020 from Stephen Hiles

GAP Architectural & Engineering Design Services.

This Grade II Listed Building which was originally constructed circa 1700, was last granted Planning

Permission and Listed Building Consent in 2015 (Ref 152530). There were ten very complexed

conditions attached to the Permission and Consent. We were engaged in 2017 to deal with these

conditions, however these proved to complexed to be dealt with within the time limits set by the

Planning Permission. Since that time we have been in discussion with the Planning and Conservation

Officers to renew the Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent. We are finally at a position

where by we have negotiated and agreed many of the details previously required and now

anticipate that a Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent will shortly be issued.
