WHEN you call yourselves the ‘World’s No.1 Oasis tribute band’ you have a lot to live up to.
As a big Oasis fan, I was keen to see how Oasis UK lived up to the real thing, when they played at Worcester’s Swan Theatre.
I wasn’t disappointed. Oasis UK treated us to a great evening of Oasis hits from their debut album Definitely Maybe.
The band played many of the much loved anthems from The album, such as Rock and Roll Star, Supersonic, Cigarettes and Alcohol and ended their set in typical Oasis style with The Beatles - I Am The Walrus.
The frontman dressed in the standard Liam Gallagher get up of parka and shades was particularly impressive. He pulled off his personal tribute to Liam with a similar amount of energy and angst as the man himself!
The evening brought back great memories of watching the real thing, which has to be a huge compliment to Oasis UK.
