AWARD-WINNING comedian and actor, Omid Djalili, has announced a new 41 date UK tour in 2016, and he will be stopping at The Regal Cinema in Evesham on Saturday April 9.
The stand-up, who performed to a full house at The Regal back in 2014, is described as "intelligent, sometimes provocative and always entertaining".
A spokesman said: "His show is a hugely energetic and captivating comedy masterclass."
Laurence Wiper, Live Events Manager at The Regal Cinema, said; “After a fantastic sold-out show in 2014, we are delighted to be welcoming Omid back to The Regal this April. He started out in stand-up over 20 years ago and he is an incredibly talented performer. We’re really looking forward to, in Omid’s words, another ‘rollicking good night out’ and hope our customers from Evesham and the surrounding areas will be joining us there.”
Omid’s credits range from Hollywood movies and television to live productions on the West End stage. He has appeared on UK and US TV, and starred in films such as the Golden Globe nominated Shaun the Sheep Movie, Mr Nice, Gladiator, Sex And The City 2, The Mummy and The Infidel.
Omid will also be supported by English comedian, singer, songwriter and playwright, Boothby Graffoe.
