ESCAPEE housewife Barbara Nice has told her husband she'll be at the bingo, but she's coming to the Artrix instead, to talk about the meaning of life.
For Barbara, that means shopping, handbags and being ever so glamorous.
A spokesman said: "As one of the UK’s best loved comics, Mrs Barbara Nice has found her way into the nation’s hearts. She knows a lot about the important things in life.
"But don’t tell her husband about her glamorous lifestyle as a stand-up comic. He thinks she’s at the bingo; or shopping again."
Barbara will entertain an audience at the Bromsgrove venue on Monday December 12, for what she describes as "a fabulous Christmas shindig".
The spokesman added: "Expect raffles, a tombola, mince pies and lots of audience participation. It’s the perfect Christmas night out."
