RURAL communities in Wychavon will be visited by a new mobile police station.
Residents can visit the station when it stops by villages this week and discuss any issues they may have with their local officers.
Evesham Rural West Safer Neighbourhoods Team will be holding their next mobile police surgery posts between Thursday and next Tuesday.
PCSO Simon Hall said: “We visit each village every couple of months and it is another opportunity for residents to come and chat to us when they know that we will be available.
“I already know most of the people in the villages that I cover but its always nice to meet people I have not come across before and give them a chance to chat over local issues in their area.”
Dates for the mobile police station will be posted on village notice boards.
On Thursday, it will be stopping at Pinvin Village Hall (9am-10am), Wick Village Hall (11am-noon), Groves Close in Harvington (1pm-2pm) and Fladbury Village Hall (3pm-4pm).
The station will visit Norton Village Hall (1pm-2pm), Charlton Village Hall (3pm-4pm) and Cropthorne Village Hall (5pm-6pm) on Saturday, and Bishampton Stores and Post Office on Monday (3pm-4pm).
Residents will then be able to drop in at Main Road in Bricklehampton (1pm-2pm), Lower Moor Village Hall (3pm-4pm) and Wyre Piddle Village Hall (5pm-6pm) next Tuesday.
