Andrew Heath murder accused due in Birmingham court tomorrow
A MAN accused of the murder of a man in his Worcester flat is due to appear at court tomorrow.
Daniel Martin is currently charged and awaiting trial for the murder of Andrew Heath in Worcester in December 2011. The 52-year-old died in fire at his flat in Chedworth Close, Warndon, Worcester. Martin is expected to appear at Birmingham Crown Court for a plea and case management hearing.
