Today’s main new offering is our eight-page yourhealth supplement, covering health, fitness and beauty, plus eight pages of all the best sport.

Tomorrow there will be an eight-page yourlife supplement, focusing on real life stories, fashion, consumer issues, careers, shopping, gadgets etc.

Wednesday sees a new eight-page yourfamily, aimed at helping hard-pressed parents and grandparents through the strains and joys of family life.

On Thursday we have a new education and schools section plus extra sports coverage and yourproperty.

On Friday we have revamped our entertainment section, yourleisure, to provide more information about the local music, theatre, dance and arts scene.

On Saturday we have changed yourweekend with a new four-page food and drink section called Taste, more nostalgia, and more puzzles.

Why is this all called 'your' something? Because our aim is to provide the local newspaper that you, our readers, want.

We’ve shaped the new paper around the comments made to us by readers in focus group sessions.

But to make this work for the future we need to ensure we deliver what you want and what you consider value for money. So tell us what you think and if enough of you agree, we will alter the paper to suit your needs.
