A WORCESTERSHIRE nursery is celebrating after receiving an outstanding rating from Ofsted.
Busy Bees nursery in Charity Crescent, Evesham, was visited in April and rewarded with top marks.
Becky Johnson, the inspector, gave the nursery a perfect score in the three areas of inspection, including meeting the needs of the range of children who attend, contributing to the well-being of children and the effectiveness of leadership and management.
In her report she said: “Partnership with parents is exceptional. Parents are wholly valued and their views are sought and respected. Comments for improvement are welcomed and acted upon.
“Children thrive in this busy, stimulating environment. They make excellent progress because staff are able to clearly identify any gaps in their learning and development and provide innovative and exciting activities to help them to achieve.”
She added that children were “exceptionally well safeguarded” within well maintained premises.
Kate Rowling, manager, said: “It is incredibly rewarding to receive an outstanding rating in all areas from Ofsted. This endorsement proves that all our hard work is recognised and the outstanding care we strive to provide is delivered.
“I am very proud of the whole team. We’re thrilled to bits and so are our parents.”
