SCHOOL was a real page turner for pupils who met with a favourite children's author.
Writer Jeremy Strong visited Cherry Orchard First School in Pershore to hold three presentations with pupils from seven cluster schools about his books.
Jeremy, whose books include the Cartoon Kid, The-Hundred-Mile-An-Hour-Dog series as well as joke books, spoke about his life and how he became an author.
He also read extracts of his books to the children.
Head Sarah Bitcon said: "Jeremy is very popular, particularly with children in key stage two.
"I sat in the presentation with the year three and four children and they were fits of giggles for the whole time.
"It was lovely to see."
