THREE people have been taken to hospital after a crash which flipped a car on to its roof.
The crash between a blue Citreon Berlingo, a Mazda, and a black Nissan Note closed the A44 Abbey View Road, in Pinvin, in both directions.
The ambulance service, the fire service and West Mercia Police all attended the scene at the B4082 Main Street, known locally as the Pinvin crossroads, and found one vehicle in a hedge and another on its roof.
One man had to be cut from the wreckage of the collision and was taken to hospital with another man and a woman. All sustained minor injuries.
Delays have been caused with traffic heading from Evesham, past Pershore and towards Peopleton, and vice versa, being affected due to oil spillages.
The cause of the incident is unknown but investigations are on-going.
