A CHARITY shop in Worcester will open its doors to the public for the first time tomorrow.
The Support the Arts store at 25 The Cross will be stocked with clothes, toys, bric-a-brac, books, vinyl records and festive goods which have been donated by its supporters.
Money raised from sales at the shop will help the work of Worcester Live, the charity which runs Huntingdon Hall and The Swan Theatre.
Worcester Live previously had a Support the Arts shop in The Shambles but this has now closed.
Mik Symonds, operations manager at Worcester Live, said: “Our previous shop provided very welcome income for our charity.
“It did very well and exceeded our expectations.
“We hope the new shop will be equally as successful.”
The Support the Arts shop will be open Tuesday to Saturday, 10am to 5pm.
