A CARE home has received a positive Care Quality Commission report.
The Mill House Care Home, of Kington, Flyford Flavell, Worcestershire, was rated “good” for all five of the regulator’s essential criteria.
Inspectors praised the home, which provides accommodation and personal care for up to 31 people including those with dementia-related illnesses, for its “positive culture”.
Staff were described as “caring” and “respectful” while the manager was recognised as “approachable”.
The centre was also complemented for caring in a “supportive way that did not restrict their [residents’] freedom”.
Care Quality Commission inspectors visited the care home on July 8 and published their report on Monday, January 12.
