A TEENAGE girl was injured after she was hit by a "runaway car" in Worcester, which then ploughed into a wall.
The incident occurred at 3.25pm on Ambleside Drive in Gorse Hill on Thursday.
An eyewitness described seeing a car roll down the street from opposite the Domino's Pizza store and hit the 17-year-old girl, before smashing into a wall.
A spokeswoman for West Mercia Police confirmed there was no driver in the Ford Fiesta, which appeared to have rolled down the hill.
West Midlands Ambulance Service sent one ambulance to the scene.
The girl suffered hand and hip injuries and was taken to Worcestershire Royal Hospital.
