This year we are delighted to bring you the Worcester News and VisitWorcester Motor Show.

The show will be the first of its kind, bringing car showrooms to the High Street of Worcester, for new vehicles.

The event will take place along Worcester High Street, CrownGate and Cathedral Plaza Shopping Centres on Saturday 19th May 2007, between 9am and 5pm, with allocated vehicle/ stand positions for all exhibitors.

There are 48 vehicle spaces and 8 non-vehicle exhibitor stand spaces available.

The Worcester Motor Show is brought to you by the Worcester News and VisitWorcester.

VisitWorcester is the new independent company set up to manage the city centre and the visitor economy. The Worcester Motor Show is the first in a series of new events for Worcester

Appearing within the Worcester News the Friday prior to the event (18th May). Exhibtor advertisement sizes range from a quarter page mono up to a full page colour, depending on your chosen package

PLEASE NOTE: Each franchise will be required to take at least the minimum package available, for each car manufacturer exhibiting.

Following the event, exhibitor advertisements appear online, with a link through to customer website (where available).

Exhibition and Promotional Space
Each exhibition area for dealerships will allow space for a single car. Due to the location of the event, further promotional aids e.g. gazeebos, trailers etc. cannot be accommodated.
Number of car spaces and premium positions are limited.

PLEASE NOTE: In order to offer the public as wide a variety of manufacturers, we may not be able to accomodate all requests in full. Allocation of all stands will be made in the fairest method possible to all exhibitors, at the discretion of the organisers.

Non-Dealership exhibitors will have an area approx. 8ftx6ft.

Prime positions are available at a premium rate, for vehicles/ stands to appear outside key retail shops/ areas. Details of these positions can be found on the map, with costs for this outlined in the Package Prices.

Stand areas will be allocated once all bookings have been received (see booking deadlines).

Deadlines
Prime position requests to be received by Friday 6th April.
All bookings must be confirmed by Friday 20th April.
Copy Deadline: Thursday 10th May.

Lunch and Refreshments
Complimentry tea, coffee and pastries will be available in the exhibition area, courtesy of VisitWorcester

Health & Safety
Every exhibitor is responsible for ensuring their own health and safety and the health and safety of those around them.

Each exhibitor must complete a risk assessment, taking into account the risk to the exhibited vehicles and that you have adequate insurance for your vehicles and public liability.

Due to liability insurance, vehicles exhibiting in either CrownGrate or Cathedral Plaza must have no more than 2 litres of fuel in the tank.

Each exhibitor will be allocated a time slot' to arrive in the City Centre by. This will enable a smoother organisation of the parking and placement of vehicles. No vehicles will be able to be moved from the City Centre until after 5.30pm, to ensure pedestrian safety.

Road closure to the City Centre has been arranged from 6am - 6pm on the Saturday of the event, so we should avoid any issues with deliveries to the retail shops.
