A 70-year-old driver who bumped into another car while attempting to park has been fined £100.

A number of people saw Ralph Eskinazi, of Greenhill Drive, Malvern, trying to park his car outside the post office in Malvern in December last year.

Eskinazi admitted driving without due care or attention when he appeared before Worcester magistrates.

Marie Watton, prosecuting, said Eskinazi clipped the front end of the other car and scratched it.

Paul Stanley, defending, said his client did not realise he had damaged the other car and would have stopped if he had.

Magistrates fined Eskinazi £100, ordered him to pay £60 court costs and put three points on his licence.
