IT'S all systems go for stylish models from the Far East and the hottest hatch from across the Channel at tomorrow's Worcester Motor Show.

Warwickshire Ssangyong and Warwickshire Proton will be exhibiting six exciting cars.

General manager Gary Roberson said that Proton will be showcasing the stylish Savvy, a five-door, 1.2 litre city car which costs from £5,995.

The Proton Savvy has a comfortable height and rake adjustment for the driver and ample leg and elbow room for anyone of more generous dimensions.

Sit in one and you'll find that it's perfectly fine to drive, presents no wrestling challenges nor nasty surprises on bendy roads, and can lope from pump to pump doing an overall 49.6mpg. Top speed is 98.7 Also on show will be the comfortable Gen-2, a five door family hatchback from £8,995 and the all new Lotus-developed Satria, which is the ultimate "hot hatchback" costing from £7,995.

From Ssangyong there will be the technically advanced Kyron. This is a five-door, five-seat 4x4 from £18,017; the 4x4 Rexton, with up to seven seats and a towing capacity of 3.2 tonnes, from £19,092 and the Rodius, an MPV with enough space for seven people and their suitcases, from £14,997.

St Peter's Peugeot will also be at the motor show and staff will happy to talk about the exciting 207 GT 150.

The dealership's new car sales manager Kingsley Swaine said the model scored five out of five on the Euro NCAP and is a "hot hatch" for under £15,000. "It's getting really cracking write-ups," he said.

The What Car? New Car Guide said: "The turbo engine provides 150bhp of oomph, and power is available right across the rev range, making for excellent flexibility. It's a great engine." Meanwhile, Autocar described the turbo engine as "a paragon of smooth efficiency."

Mr Swaine said a special rate of 5.9 per cent apr was available on selected 207s. "Anyone who comes to see us at the motor show should ask about our hassle-free One, Two, Three," he added.
