A WARNDON man has been branded with a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) by West Mercia Police after causing "significant harm" to residents in his area.
Police say 19-year-old Jack Payne, who lives in Rodborough Drive, has been described by witnesses as disruptive, with arguments and fights causing a disturbance to neighbours.
Other people who live at his address remain subject to Community Protection Notices, which they have not breached.
Payne will be under the order for two years with a set of conditions instructing him not to engage in any domestic dispute, or any argument which is likely to cause alarm or distress to a residents of Rodborough Drive; not to smoke cannabis inside or outside his property, and to not allow any visitors to smoke the drug in his house either; not to be aggressive or threatening and not to be verbally abusive.
He has also been instructed not be get drunk or drink alcohol in public, except in licensed premises.
