A MISS Worcestershire finalist has took part in a successful charity swim.
Chloe Gwin, from Hallow, has made it through to the final of the Miss Worcestershire competition being held at Sixways Stadium this Sunday, January 10.
Ahead of the final the 17-year-old has been raising money for the Beauty with a Purpose charity, which supports international organisations helping disadvantaged youngsters around the world.
As she has been a keen swimmer since the age of six, Miss Gwin decided to take part in a sponsored one mile swim at Malvern Splash on January 5.
She managed to swim the mile in 45 minutes - her fastest 25 metre length being only 28 seconds, with an average of 32 seconds.
Overall £190 was raised for the charity.
