BRIGHTER Futures Nursery has celebrated the official opening of a new nursery extension.
The Worcestershire Early years Service supported Brighter Futures Nursery in Malvern, with an application for capital funding to extend their current early years provision and provide a dedicated space for pre- school children.
The new building has been fitted out with new furniture and a wide range of learning materials while the outside space has been completely redesigned to incorporate a large fenced play area.
Catherine Elliott, Babcock Prime early years and childcare manager was invited officially to open the extension on Wednesday, February 10.
She gave a speech praising the work and commitment of the nursery staff in creating a stimulating environment, which in turn fosters the children's learning and development.
Guests were invited to tour the nursery before hearing from manager and owner Nicola Turrell about the nursery's development and aspirations.
