A WORCESTER Jaguar XF driver was fined £700 and disqualified for driving for a month after clocking 117mph on the M5 motorway.
James Partridge, 43, of Cavendish Street, Cherry Orchard, pleaded guilty before magistrates in Cheltenham to the charge of exceeding a 70mph speed limit along the northbound motorway between junctions 11 and 10 on October 29 last year.
Partridge was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £70 and court costs of £85.
