A RANDOM act of kindness put a smile on passer-bys' faces outside The Guildhall today (Wednesday).
A warm hat and scarf were left on the railings with a note which read "Please feel free to take this, hope it helps, Merry Christmas."
Last year, yarnbombers left 91 hand knitted scarves on the railings which were removed and given to St Paul's Hostel and Maggs Day Centre.
However, it is not known who is behind the latest gift.
Jan Freeman spotted the hat and scarf and wrote on Twitter: "Cutest thing. Warm things at the @Guildhall_Worc for someone in need. I hope who ever left it has a truly #merrychristmas".
