POLICE are appealing for witnesses to a fatal crash on the M42.
A driver, believed to be a man in his 50s, died after his white lorry crashed into a barrier and burst into flames.
The crash happened on the southbound carriageway of the M42 slip road near junction 4A shortly before noon on Friday (January 20).
It took place close to the junction with the M5 near Bromsgrove.
Police would like to speak to anyone who saw the incident or the lorry and how it was being driven prior to the crash.
