Cat shot in the eye
A CAT was shot in the eye with what is believed to have been a BB gun.
The injured pet was taken to a veterinary surgery to be treated after it was shot somewhere near Dormouse Croft, St Peter's.
The incident was reported on Friday and is believed to have happened between 9am and 6pm.
West Mercia Police are investigating the shooting and have asked anyone who witnessed the incident or has more information to come forward.
Anyone who could help police with their enquiries should call 101 and quote incident 193 of 10 February 2017.
