POP superstar Olly Murs will be performing a huge outdoor show right here in Worcester this summer – and we're offering one lucky reader the chance to meet him.

Olly, who shot to fame after finishing runner-up on TV talent show the X Factor, has gone on to become a global superstar in his own right, notching up four multi-platinum albums, four number one singles and selling more than 10 million records in total.

He will be performing an open air show at Worcestershire County Cricket Club, in New Road, Worcester on Sunday, June 25.

And we are offering one lucky Worcester News reader and a guest the chance not just to be there at the show – but to enjoy an exclusive meet and greet with Olly himself.

The prize package consists of a pair of platinum view tickets for the show, worth more than £110, as well as the money can't buy meet and greet experience, which will take place right before Olly goes on stage for his Worcester show.

Olly, known for huge hits including Troublemaker and Heart Skips a Beat, is performing 26 outdoor dates across the UK on his summer tour and says he can't wait to come to Worcester.

"I am thrilled to play outdoors at Worcestershire County Cricket Club," he said. "Outdoor shows are so much fun and I am looking forward to performing my biggest songs on my biggest outdoor tour."

Sarah Bevan, promotions manager at the Worcester News, said: "We know many of our readers will be big Olly Murs fans and we're delighted to be able to offer our lucky winner this once-in-a-lifetime meet and greet prize."
