A 27-YEAR-old man died after taking a toxic combination of drugs.
Ross Mallon was found by his mother on the morning of January 7 in his bedroom at the home they shared in Spinney Grove in Hampton Dene.
A toxicology report showed he had a significant amount of fentanyl, a powerful opiate, in his system, along with lower levels of diazapam, cocaine and sertraline.
The inquest at Herefordshire Coroner's Court heard Mr Mallon had a history of depression and drug use.
However, he had been to his GP concerning this and had also been offered a job.
Coroner Mark Bricknell said Mr Mallon died from cardiorespiratory failure as a result of the combined toxic effect of drugs. He recorded a drug-related death.
