A MOTORCYCLIST has been killed in a crash near Pershore after he struck a tree.
The man in his 30s was travelling along Woollas Hill, Eckington, Pershore when he has left the road and hit a tree at around 5.54pm yesterday (Sunday).
The rider was taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham by air ambulance but died in hospital.
The man's next of kin and the coroner have both been informed.
Officers investigating the incident would like to hear from anyone who witnessed it or saw the vehicle, and the manner in which it was being driven, before the crash happened.
