Students from China have been visiting a high school in Worcester.

A group of 28 students from Guangzhou Teiyi High School came to Blessed Edward Oldcorne Catholic College as part of a visit organised by Ardmore Language Schools, in Berkshire.

The students were accompanied by English teacher, Guo Cuican and education marketing officer, Chen Wen Jie.

They each partnered up with a Blessed Edward Oldcorne student and experienced a week in English education

The Chinese students enjoyed the experience and Blessed Edward Oldcorne students were happy to be hosts.

“Long lasting contacts and friendships have been made,” said principal, Sean Devlin.

“Thanks to area leader for modern foreign languages, Claire Parker and Rebecca Low for organising this within the college”.

After visiting Worcester the children were set to spend time in London before returning home.
