A FARM will be open to the public this weekend.
Stocks Farm, Suckley will be supporting LEAF Open Farm Sunday this year and will be open from 11am until 2pm on Sunday June 10.
Entry is free with a voluntary donation to Suckley School for playground equipment..
Stocks Farm is a 200-year-old family owned and run hop and apple farm.
It has been in the Capper family for more than half a century.
Hops and apples are a huge part of its history.
The farm will welcome visitors to experience first hand what will be harvested for breweries, home brewers, cider makers and supermarkets throughout the UK and worldwide.
Stocks Farm owners, Richard and Ali Capper, will share their knowledge, give a tour of the internationally famous BRUFF hop picking machine and kiln, explain the growing season of modern hop farming and give a tour of the eating and cider apple orchards.
The orchard tour will necessitate some walking - between half a mile and a mile on even ground.
Gates open at 11am for an introduction and then tours start.
