FIRE: Fire services are dealing with a fire at Hartlebury common
A FIRE that began last night is still being dealt with by firefighters.
Firefighters from Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service are currently dealing with a fire on Hartlebury Common, which began yesterday at approximately 19:05.
Station Commander Ian Jallands said: "Four crews responded to the incident on Hartlebury Common last night and swiftly bought the fire under control using hosereel jets, beaters and water back packs.
"Three fire engines remain at the scene today to continue dampening down and we are asking members of the public to avoid the area."
The cause of the fire is not yet known.
