A RESTAURANT owner has appeared in court charged with two sexual assaults.
Mohammed Haque of Friesland Close, Worcester has previously denied the charges and he appeared in Worcester Crown Court on Monday as an indictment was issued.
The date of the first alleged sexual assault was clarified as October 15, 2015 with an indictment after it was previously said in court to have taken place in 2017.
The second alleged assault was said to be against a different women on December 7, 2017.
The trial date is set for December 4 this year. The time estimate for the trial was given as three days.
Haque, 33, who is sometimes known as Sam Haque, was given unconditional bail.
