UPDATE: Power appears to have been restored, with now only one house affected.
ORIGINAL STORY:
PARTS of Worcester have been left without power.
The cuts were first reported an hour ago, just after 1pm, with 105 properties still currently suffering from the power cut.
Councillor Louise Griffiths wrote on the Battenhall Community Facebook group earlier: "For those of you unlucky enough to be one of of the 860 houses in the area with no electricity, I’ve just spoken to Western Power and they’ve assured me it should be back on by 3pm.
"Unfortunately, that’s not much comfort to my three year old who’s unwell and hell bent on having a Frozen marathon today."
Western Power Distribution has issued an update that the problem will be resolved, with power restored, by 3pm.
