THE Show of Hands trio look a little different this autumn.
And a local audience will be able to spot the difference at a show in Cheltenham Town Hall, on November 14.
It’s certainly not down to a new hair-do or three, or even new shoes.
A spokesman said: “It’s been quite a 12 months for Show of Hands, with their haunting cathedral tour ‘Sanctuary’, sell-out shows at eminent venues like Shakespeare’s Globe and the Cutty Sark, solo tours, duo tours and the band’s upcoming album ‘Joint Venture’.
“Miranda and husband Dan are embarking on their own adventure with their first baby due in November, and so Cormac Byrne (legendary percussionist of Seth Lakeman Band fame) steps into the breach with his spectacular talents to complete the Show of Hands autumn lineup.
“Together, Steve and Phil will deliver the festival favourites that fans know and love, with Cormac adding a new twist. Tickets and further details: http://www.cheltenhamtownhall.org.uk/event/show-of-hands-joint-venture-226956/
