A DAREDEVIL circus is rolling into Worcester next week, promising a two-hour heart-stopping show inspired by The Greatest Showman.
This is the third year in a row that Circus Funtasia, featuring acrobats, fire-eaters and motorcycle stunt riders, has performed in the city.
With 2018 marking 250 years since the start of circus in the UK, there’s never been a better time to discover the magic of the Big Top.
Heading up the stunts inside a giant rotating ‘wheel of death’ are duo Sifolinis, as well as the infamous Globe of Death motorcyclists and geeky clown Emilion Delbosq.
This year’s show also includes fire-breather Antonio Candela, acrobats Lucia, Petite Felicia, Hungarian strongman Atilla, Teenage Harley Quinn lookalike Nia and tightrope walker Elodie.
One thing you won’t find at Circus Funtasia is animals. Ringmistress Tracy Jones said: “With state of the art lighting and a modern soundtrack, we’re moving away from circuses of yesteryear.
“We love being a contemporary family show that everyone can enjoy.”
Shows run twice daily from Wednesday, October 24 to Sunday, October 28.
