A TRAINING provider has been awarded after delivering a record number of training courses.

The company Quanta, based in The Moors, Worcester, returned from this year’s Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA) conference in London with the Delivery Partner Newcomer Award.

CompTIA is a non-profit trade association that provides professional certifications for the information technology industry.

Quanta offers a range of accredited training programmes, which include CompTIA courses. So far, it has delivered CompTIA courses to more than 1,000 people.

Kristen Leith, commercial director, said: “The competition was tough – we were up against all of the other new training partners who, like us, have been delivering CompTIA training courses and joined CompTIA’s partner scheme within the last 12 months.

“We were delighted to hear that out of all of the other new training partners, we’d delivered the most training courses and, we’re even more delighted with the fact we’ve been officially recognised for this achievement with an award.

“It’s a real testament to how hard all of our trainers work and just how passionate they are about providing individuals and businesses with the necessary skills to go for job promotions or completely change their careers.”
