CYCLISTS have been warned to be on their guard after an increase in bike thefts in Worcester.
Police are appealing for information after a series of bike thefts, which all happened last weekend.
A mountain bike was stolen from the bike rack outside Worcester Foregate Street.
The red Carrera women’s limited edition bike was taken after the lock was cut. The lock was left at the scene.The theft happened between 6pm on Friday, November 23, and 5.10pm on Monday, November 26.
Anyone with information is asked to call police quoting 0553S.
A bike was also stolen from outside the Hive.
The Voodoo Marasa Hibrid bike was stolen between 1pm and 5pm on Monday, November 26.
Anyone with information on that theft is asked to contact police quoting 640S.
Meanwhile a BMX was stolen from outside The Hive.
The black bike was taken with the lock between 3.40am and 4.20am on Monday, November 26.
Anyone with information on that theft should quote 568s.

Police advise bike owners to ensure they have locks to protect a bike from theft while out and, at home, keep bikes secure in a garage or shed.
