LETTERS: Your letter of the day
SIR – My wife and I went to the Christmas Fayre on Friday and was having a great time when I saw two cyclists trying to ride though the crowds (this was around 5.30pm).
There were hundreds of people/families and children about.
Later on I had a chat with two of Worcester’s police officers and they told me that they couldn’t do anything as it was a council bylaw prohibiting cycling at certain times and places in the town centre. Unbelievable.
