WORCESTER Cathedral will be bringing 'Tidings of Joy' to local folks, this Saturday, December 15.
The cathedral’s much-loved annual Christmas concert will be taking place from 7.30pm, featuring the Cathedral Choir and Worcester Festival Choral Society.
A spokesman said: "The programme includes extracts from Handel’s Messiah and Britten’s Ceremony of Carols alongside Vaughan Williams’ Fantasia on Christmas Carols.
"There will also be performances of Christmas favourites, including O Holy Night, Walking in the Air, Sleigh Ride and Jingle Bells."
The spokesman added: "The audience will have the opportunity to join with the performers in carols accompanied by the magnificent cathedral organ."

The spokesman added: "Subject to availability tickets will be sold at the main door of the Cathedral from 6.30pm on Saturday night."
