ARTRIX has announced further details of its ‘festive flicks” for the Christmas period, and lovers of the silver screen, of all ages, should be spoilt for choice.

There will be a screening of the brand new block-buster film ,The Nutcracker and the Four Realms, on December 28.

A spokesman for the Bromsgrove venue said: “Starring Keira Knightley as the Sugar Plum Fairy, Disney’s new holiday feature film is inspired by E.T.A. Hoffmann’s classic tale. The Nutcracker and the Four Realms is rated PG.

“And audiences are invited to sing their hearts out as Artrix screens Mamma Mia: Here We Go Again Sing-a-long Special on Friday December 28 and Saturday December 29.”

The spokesman added: “ Ten years after Mamma Mia! and the characters are back for the sequel on the sun-drenched Greek island of Kalokairi. This is a perfect musical film to bring some sunshine Christmas, Mama Mia: Here We Go Again is rated PG.

“The musical fun continues with a sing-a-long screening of Disney’s live action Beauty and the Beast on Saturday December 29. Be our guest, and re-live the magic of the hit movie with this fabulous sing-a-long version where fancy dress isn’t essential but is positively encouraged!”

Before the children return to school after the Christmas holidays, Artrix will be screening Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald on January 2, 3, 4 and 8.
