A WORCESTER woman has admitted assault and been given a restraining order.
Susan Mole, 56, of St John's YMCA, pleaded guilty to the charge when she appeared at Worcester Magistrates Court on January 4.
The court heard Mole assaulted Barry Mole by beating him on October 24.
Mole was ordered to pay compensation of £25, a victim surcharge of £20, costs of £125 - a total of £170.
Mole was also given a restraining order not to contact Barry Mole directly or indirectly by magistrates.
