A CITY man has been fined and given a restraining order by Worcester magistrates.
Carl Turner, 39, from Armstrong Drive, admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress in an incident that took place on October 19.
Turner was given a restraining order not to contact Phillipa James directly or indirectly when he appeared at Worcester Magistrates Court on January 4.
Turner was fined £200, a victim surcharge of £30, and costs of £135 - a total of £365.
Turner offered to pay the full amount by February 1, which was accepted by magistrates.
