RAILWAY passengers travelling via Birmingham Snow Hill could encounter delays this afternoon.
Trains have been delayed and cancelled because of a signalling problem at Old Hill and another incident elsewhere on the line.
Services have resumed, however further delays and cancellations are expected into the evening. Passengers are being advised to check their train times on westmidlandsrailway.co.uk before travelling.
