HEDGEHOG: Kelly Turner is launching her new book in Worcester on Saturday
A CHILDREN'S author and illustrator is launching a new book with hopes to raise awareness of a disappearing creature.
On Saturday January 19, Kelly Turner is launching 'A Hedgehog Dream.'
Ms Turner is donating 10 percent of the royalties earned from all three of her books to the Down's Syndrome Association, as it it a charity close to her heart.
As hedgehogs are in decline, several wildlife charities including the The Woodland Trust will attend the event to raise awareness.
There will also be a cake sale to raise money for Willow's Hedgehog Rescue. The afternoon will be held at the Lyppards Hub, Ankerage Green, Warndon, Worcester at 2pm.
