A WOMAN charged with a string of burglaries is due to appear at Worcester Crown Court.
Bridget Johnson is accused of illegally entering several homes on the same street, in Worcester, over a period of months.
Police believe she stole jewellery, a watch and money from the properties in Laxton Avenue, Worcester, where she also lives.
The defendant has been charged with four counts of burglary, with the alleged offences taking place between June 15 and October 10.
She also faces one count of fraud by false representation, after allegedly claiming that she was entitled to sell a Worcester property belonging to Rachel Buchan.
Johnson, aged 52, did not enter a plea when she appeared at Worcester Magistrates Court yesterday.
She is due to appear at Worcester Crown Court on February 21.
