TRAFFIC controls will continue to be imposed on Junction Six of the M5 this week as improvement work is carried out.
Highways England has warned that there will be Narrow Lanes in place on the roundabout and all approaches, a 50mph speed limit in place reducing down to 30mph, and barriers in place on the M5 and the A4440 and A449 approaches.
Lane closures may also be in force between 9.30am to 3.30pm, and 8pm to 6am, and a free recovery service is im place on all the affected roads for any motorists who break down.
The improvement work being carried out includes widening the roundabout, the slip roads and all the approaches, as well as adding an extra lane to the roundabout and putting traffic signals on the A449 and the A4538 Pershore Lane south approaches.
