A TOY shop in Worcester city centre will remain open after previously announcing plans to close.
Yesterday a sign on the window of Hawkin's Bazaar stated that the store has secured a new lease and will be staying open.
The toy and curiosity shop, in Friary Walk of the Crowngate shopping centre ,had displayed window signs in January announcing a closing down sale.
At the time, staff said the store was coming to the end of its tenancy after trading on the premises since November 2015, but now a new deal has been agreed.
