A WOMAN has been given a community order after admitting a string of burglaries in her street.
Bridget Johnson pleaded guilty to illegally entering homes in Laxton Avenue, Worcester where she lives, between June 15 and October 10.
Items stolen in the burglaries included jewellery, a watch and money.
Johnson appeared at Hereford Crown Court on Thursday, and was sentenced by the judge.
The 52-year-old was given the order, and told to complete 200 hours unpaid work, 20 rehabilitation days and a victim surcharge of £85.
