A 51-YEAR-old man has been banned from driving for 14 months after admitting drink driving in Worcester.
Steven Harrison, of Parkwood Road, Bromsgrove, was pulled over by police in Droitwich Road on March 1.
Adrian Jones, prosecuting, said Harrison failed a roadside breathalyser test so was taken to Worcester Police Station, where he provided a reading of 48mcg in 100ml of breath - the legal limit being 35mcg.
Defending himself, Harrison told magistrates he had but thought he was not over the limit.
He was given a 14 month ban, fined £200, and told to pay costs of £135 and a victim surcharge of £30 - a total of £365.
