A PROPERTY firm in Worcester has announced two new promotions.

Fisher German has promoted Maxine Clarke from property and accounts manager to senior property management surveyor and Joanne Millward from residential lettings manager to senior residential lettings manager.

Maxine, who has been with the firm since 2016, is part of the commercial management team at the Worcester office.

She said: “I work alongside a fantastic team whose shared goal is driving the business forward to ensure the continued success of the commercial team in Worcester and the firm as a whole.”

Joanne, who has also been with the firm since 2016, specialises in residential lettings, having nearly 20 years of experience in the property industry.

She said: “We have undergone significant change over the last two years, by using new software and innovation to streamline and improve the service delivery to our clients and with the continued support received by a well experienced hard working team.

“The aim is to continue growing the success of the department each year along with ensuring our existing clients are looked after.

“This has always been my focus, and I am proud to say that this promotion along with the growth we have already seen with our rental property portfolio reflects the dedication I give to my field and the company."

Charles Meynell, senior partner of Fisher German, said: “We are very proud to announce a record 30 promotions across Fisher German, and I would like to congratulate all of those who have progressed within the business.

“Last April we implemented a new career progression framework for everyone across the firm.

“This inclusive approach means that colleagues at every level have a clear pathway to develop and progress should they wish to - something which is very important to Fisher German and has been well-received by staff."
